After your account has been established with us, there are several options for ordering. We love email orders, but welcome faxes too. Please reserve phoning in an order as a last resort. We prefer to have a hardcopy of your order (fax or email) so that we can better ensure accuracy.
Whichever form of ordering is best for you, please be sure to include any and all important details. tip: Use our ~miller ribbons~ order forms for all boutique, custom orders. For Greek orders, please reference our product numbers as seen in our online Greek sorority catalog. For easy Greek ordering, we are glad to email or fax you one of our order forms containing our product numbers.
Confirmation of a received order is only provided when an order is emailed. (This may be helpful in maintaining accurate store records.) Phone and fax orders do not receive confirmations of orders received. You will be contacted if we have any questions regarding your order.
USPS is our method of shipment. Various options such as 1st Class, Priority and Express Overnight Mail are available and used depending on order size and store preference. Typically these shipping terms are established on a store-by-store basis. (What works for some does not always work for all, etc.) We do not believe in inflated shipping costs and will ship the most reliable, efficient way possible.
Shipping is billed per address, not per Invoice. Where there are multiple shipping address for split orders, both shipping fees will be billed accordingly.
International shipping fees will be assessed by address, weight and method. Please call for quotes regarding international shipping fees.
Backorders are shipped by request only. If we are out-of-stock of a style you ordered, please contact us to let us know that you want the backorders shipped as they become available. Once again, we ship the most reliable, efficient way possible to save you shipping overhead.
Sales tax is collected for retail sales in Ohio only. The sales tax is based on destination and will be billed accordingly to any direct retail ~miller ribbons~ order.
